Do you know that you have the capacity to take your life to an incredible level?

You can do this with the intelligence embedded inside you.

Yes, you do wield that power.  However, it is not surprising that most people do not know how powerful they are.

Yes, the POWER of THOUGHTS!

For us to live a life where happiness and abundance are paramount, we must learn to work with this intelligence.

We can gain wealth, health, friendship, love, richness, happiness, and freedom.

For us to end poverty and sickness and acquire wealth and happiness we can use our THOUGHTS!

Most of us allow our thoughts to serve as an obstacle to our greatness. This explains why the wealth, health, and freedom we are supposed to enjoy are elusive.

Therefore, you must change your thoughts if you desire to change your life because your thoughts create your life. The Power of THOUGHTS!

If you let your thoughts work against you, it is highly likely that your life may not become what you want it to be.

Thus, the interesting thing about all of this is that you are the pilot of your thoughts. You alone can choose what you want to think about.

And, of course, this means that you can enjoy the results you want since you can choose and change your thoughts. The guardian and master of your thoughts are you.

And you can control your thoughts alone because your mind is yours.

Therefore, it is impossible for anybody else to control your thoughts UNLESS YOU ALLOW IT! 

YOU CONTROL THE POWER of THOUGHTS!

Looking at how important our thoughts are, it is very crucial that you do not think of something you really do not wish to happen.

Quit thinking about the possibility of losing your girlfriend or boyfriend if you do not want to lose your relationship.

You need not think of how fat you will be if you do not desire to be fat.

Do not think of having a heart attack and collapsing when you are not ready to die.

Eliminate These THOUGHTS!

Rather than give room to these thoughts that are destructive, decide to focus on thoughts that refuel you and make you feel better.

Think of how loved you are, how intelligent and handsome you are, or any positive thinking and you will be surprised to see how these things begin to manifest in their little and subtle way.

Your thoughts come before your emotions and actions and it is what you think that often determines how you will feel and act.power of thoughts

Tips to Think Positively

  1. Spend Time with Positive People.

You are likely to become more negative when you spend time with people that have nothing good to say but complain. However, in the same manner, your positive thinking is likely to be fostered when you spend more time with family members and friends who are optimistic.

  1. Be Responsible for Your Behavior.

Your behavior is your responsibility. Therefore, accept the role you play in it. More so, choose not to be the victim when you are facing some challenges. You will not blame others unfairly and you will be able to learn when you accept responsibility.

  1. Contribute to the Community.

Your positive thinking can be enhanced when you can get yourself busy seeing the world in a unique way and helping others. Whichever way works for you, give back to the community and there are often lots of volunteering opportunities you will always find around.

  1. Read Positive and Inspirational Materials.

This world can be extremely hard at times, and it is so easy for one to slip into negative thinking. Nevertheless, you can always take advantage of inspirational quotes or spiritual materials available to you to help you find the strength to keep your hopes high.

  1. Recognize and Replace Negative Thoughts.

A fantastic way to get rid of negative thoughts is by being aware of them. When you are aware of these perturbing thoughts, you can then take action to replace them with positive ones.

  1. Establish and Work Toward Goals.

Gauging your progress and making decisions will be extremely hard if you do not have clear goals. However, you will be encouraged to conquer obstacles with the motivation given to you by the goal you have set and are working toward.

  1. Create a Daily Gratitude List.

Positive thinking can be encouraged when you practice gratitude. Gratitude naturally helps you focus on the positive and when you commence this journey, you will get to see how blessed you are.

  1. Practice Self-Care.

Take care of yourself. If you are not in decent shape, be it physically, mentally, or emotionally, it will be difficult for you to think positively. So, do well to manage your stress well, exercise, sleep well, and eat well!
